My teaching philosophy centers on adapting to the indivual student and guiding them in what they want personally to accomplish with music while also teaching a strong foundational background with the instrument. Classical, jazz, and modern styles all.

We all have a unique relationship with music; not everyone wants to be a concert pianist, but we can get you there if you do!

Just as well, we don't always have a clear idea of what we even want to do with music, and it's my goal to help all my students discover that.

I teach composition, technique, and music theory all as applicable.

Pricing

rates: 30mins = $25, weekly; 60mins = $50 (requires discussion, schedule can vary)

payment: cheque, Venmo, Paypal
